Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Water
  • 2lb Cucumbers, peeled, sliced and cut into chunks
  • 2 whole Avocados, pitted and peeled
  • 3 tbsp. Lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • ¼ tsp. Agave Nectar
  • 1 tbsp. Mint, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp. Cilantro, fresh and finely chopped
  • 1 pinch Sea salt
  • 1 pinch Cayenne

Instructions

  • Pour 1 cup of the water into a blender, and add the cucumbers, avocado, lime juice, agave nectar, ¼ teaspoon of salt and the cayenne.
  • Blend until extremely smooth, gradually adding more water until you reach the desired consistency.
  • Taste and adjust the amount of salt, adding as much as ¾ teaspoon more.
  • Chill for at least 2 hours, stir in the mint and cilantro before serving.
