Ingredients
- 2 Cups Water
- 2lb Cucumbers, peeled, sliced and cut into chunks
- 2 whole Avocados, pitted and peeled
- 3 tbsp. Lime juice, freshly squeezed
- ¼ tsp. Agave Nectar
- 1 tbsp. Mint, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp. Cilantro, fresh and finely chopped
- 1 pinch Sea salt
- 1 pinch Cayenne
Instructions
- Pour 1 cup of the water into a blender, and add the cucumbers, avocado, lime juice, agave nectar, ¼ teaspoon of salt and the cayenne.
- Blend until extremely smooth, gradually adding more water until you reach the desired consistency.
- Taste and adjust the amount of salt, adding as much as ¾ teaspoon more.
- Chill for at least 2 hours, stir in the mint and cilantro before serving.
