Ingredients

  • Goat Cheese
  • Sun dried tomatoes
  • Diced grape tomato
  • Basil
  • Garlic
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions

  • Cut and toast French bread circles.
  • Brush with butter and bake until golden brown (be sure still soft in the middle)
  • Spread goat cheese
  • Top with tomato brochette and garnish with Parmesan shaving.
  • Plump sundry tomatoes in boiling water-cool and dice small
  • Mix 60% sun dried tomato and 40% diced grape tomatoes.
  • Add garlic, basil, and salt & pepper to taste and adjust
